Being involved in an abusive relationship or watching someone you care about engage in an abusive relationship is difficult and confusing. Safety risks, acceptance, shame, fears of generating shame and just not knowing how to approach it, too often stop both the victims and observers from reaching out for help.

If you or someone you care about is struggling with mental health or substance use issues contact Hegira Health call 734-458-4601 or visit www.hegirahealth.org.
